Joined the community today. Have now had a breast cancer diagnosis after months of operations and investigations. Feeling numb and exhausted although outwardly I’m getting on with treatment and useful tools, meditation etc just good to share and talk to others who are going through this,
Virtual hug to anyone and their loved ones on this journey x
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
Although I didn't have the same cancer diagnosis as you I do understand the feelings you're going through.
As you've discovered the online community is divided up into different support groups and I can see that you've already joined and posted in the breast cancer group which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support.
While you're waiting for replies from the breast cancer group members it would be great if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
If you have any difficulty navigating the community just drop me a reply and I'll be pleased to help.
