After three months of going through tick boxes etc today had his diagnosis. As a former nurse over 40 years ago it wasnt unexpected.
I am disabled myself in receipt of PIP.
Physically i cannot support him a great deal but mentally i am a generally half glass full person.
However! I am feeling overwhelmed although i have not said as much.
We both get state pensions and he has a small work pension, we are both retired.
I have a motability vehicle which he usually drives me around in although i still drive.
I am just lost as to what happens when i am not well enough on a particular day?
I feel as though i have stepped on to quicksand and an just standing still afraid to move!
