Hi i was diagnosed with Cll in 2018 age 53 and was on a watch and wait. Due to lymph nodes pressing on a vital vein and a bone marrow biopsy showing 88% infiltration, i started FCR last month. I had really bad nausea through the first 2 weeks which gradually got better, but still taking the anti sick. I have just started my 2nd round of treatment with some new anti sick tabs but i still feel awful. Am wondering if anyone has any tips. Thank you
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to read how awful your treatment is making you feel. I don't have any experience with this but I'm sure if you post in the CLL group, which I can see you've joined, you'll find others who will be happy to share their experiences of this with you. If you'd like to do this clicking on the link I've created will take you straight there where you can start a new post in the same way as you did here and also respond to other posts by clicking on 'reply'.
It would be great if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
If you have any difficulty navigating the community just drop me a reply and I'll be pleased to help.
