If you make a post and someone responds and they tag you using your screennameyou will receive a message telling you that you have been mentioned in a discussion if you press on the green text it will open up the comment for you to read.
Posts made by other members of your groupwill appear in your inbox and if you have asked to be notified of every post they should all appear in the inbox and you just need to click on it to open it just as you would to open any email and the message will appear. If you then look near the foot and click on the text VIEW ONLINE and this will open up all the responses to the thread.
When you arrive on this page you will see at the top ONLINE COMMUNITY and below this if you press on More you will get a drop down box with 4 items click on HELP and this will take you to all the things you might want to do
To start a new discussion find you group (press this link) to be taken to the home page and click on START A DISCUSSION and post your questions to the other members.
TO ANSWER a post just click on REPLY and you will be able to join in the discussion.
Please be assured you are not useless we all had problems at one time or another and we even had a site upgrade in the summer and it took us a long time to master it.
