I've just come back from church, trying to behave my self, is it working, hard to tell with some of the replies, or lack of them

Absolutely awful insomnia these days.  Not helped with the flushes caused by hormone treatment.  On a brighter note I have seen more of the athletics than I thought I would. I am sweating more than the athletes! 

It's not somuch insomnia, it's the waking up to P and the occasional flush, since I've had acupuncture the amounts of flushes I get has reduced, but the one's I do get are monstrous, still taking the tablets, Ulls 

Yeah, every 70 minutes like clockwork when I am actually sleeping.  Acupuncture may well be worth a go, as I am having ridiculous flushes at the moment.  Still I am able to empathise more with the better (much better) half :) 

Ulls & Morton: Hot flushes- have a look at these. Daughter swears by hers - she has one that was for pets - said it was cheaper and worked the same.

I've told the nurses they are trying to turn me in to a girl, hot flushes headaches at bed time waving my hands in front of my face and a desire to buy handbags and shoes.

The couple of ladies who now about my little problem only giggle and say revenge, that includes the nurse at the out reach clinic, still I extract fun at her expense.
