Hello to you all. Sorry to have met the criteria for inclusion in this group of the forum (Just recently diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer, bone mets and multiple lymph node involvement. Described by oncologist as particularly nasty and unlucky, the cancer not me! She may be half correct as I can’t get a win a the bookies for love nor money). I am 53 and intend to hang around with my rather dark sense of humour for a long as possible. Current estimates anywhere from 12 to 36 months, so lets see if this time frame can be extended!
All the best to you all.
Michael
LOL well its funny was just looking at my arms what a mess, and this morning caught my arm on a door handle, say no more that one had just stopped, always the right arm,
So today doing nothing, its does get you down some times blood every where.
Thanks for asking and takes for ages to stop, i will not be using a chain saw, that would be fatal.x
She should be put in a padded suite sometimes I think! Oh dear, sorry.
ellie, my Mum had door-handle problems and I put pieces of that foam round them - the tubular stuff they use to keep the water pipes warm. (choose one that isan't too stiff). It curved round the handles and I fixed it with gaffa tape. You could still open the door, but it saved a lot of bruised bits - when she would often fall against them due to dizzy spells. Maybe worth trying? Yes, lay off the chain saw..... Rainie x
At least i can talk to the walls, might get some sense coming back
