Morning, no I don’t need to do that. I buy Aberdeen Angus lean mince and just add a bit of salt and pepper and give it a good mix with my hands until it’s nice and smooth. After that I just roll the mince into balls in the palm of my hand xx

Hi Stella, yes it is in a way. I just fry up onions, garlic, green pepper, bacon and mushrooms. Cook the spaghetti separately. When it is done, throw the spaghetti in the pan. I whisk up four eggs and pour this over everything. Keep stiring the pasta and bacon stuff . The eggs cook onto the spaghetti. It is quick and easy. My kind of cooking.

Sounds good! We made Ragu beef pasta sauce. It took a few hours but then can freeze them for several servings. It is much nicer than standard spaghetti ball though. X
