  • Have a lovely time Chelle. I am having a really nasty summer cold. I am not a happy Bunny. They seem to cling on with me for so long. Hope it’s away next weekend, as my daughter is wanting to take me out for my birthday. We are also supposed to have a BBQ at my son’s in the evening since my little  grandson will be 1 the same day. His big party will be the following weekend as his sister will be 5 on the 8th August and they are having a combined shindig. Sadly my oldest girl is away with work, but she is coming home for a week in the middle of August.
All this chatter about Northern Ireland is making me a tad homesick. Will see how it goes and maybe get my daughter to take me for a few days.
Wishing everyone as good a weekend as possible. Our Highland Games are on tomorrow so I shall stay cosy at home Grinning hugs from

  • That's great Ellie! being out of the house for an appointment, and it NOT being a medical one! That doesn't happen often enough.

Hope you enjoyed the wine, and the good food.

  • Sorry you are not well  . It can take us weeks to shake off a cold. I hope Lilly is keeping you warm and cosy. Hope you will feel better soon. X

  • Craig and I went for lunch then a walk around a water garden in Norfolk. I really enjoy this garden in the summer as it is very tranquil and relaxing.

    Have a lovely weekend x

  • Thought that was your  garden, lovely.

  • Both views lovely, wish one was my back garden.

  • Hi Ellie, Well you had me going for a bit there! When I read you left home at 09.30 & didn’t get back until 22.35, I was thinking you were at an appointment and had been waiting for transport to take you home! Then when I read it was your granddaughter’s Graduation, I was so pleased for you! I remember you saying at one point, you wanted to make it to her big day but it was too far away you didn’t think you would make it!

FANTASTIC NEWS!! I am so glad you not only made it but managed to stay all day! Good for you! I think the seaside always lifts your spirits but so does wine! Good you managed both!

    Love Annette x
