Hi Lee2, it Is legal to drive, but absolutely no alcohol, and be extra careful if your on anti emetics or similar, but use your common sense my friend, if you feel drowsy seriously consider, if a longer journey is necessary, I'm always tired, so stop often, windows and air-con on, sing along music on, and company if possible

We are having lunch in the Village. Lovely coffee shop which does very nice lunches and amazing homemade cakes and tray bakes. Very beneficial for the soul, not so good for the waist line . I am looking for a new poetry book (or 2) and see whatever else there is. Have you had any word at all about Ellie? Enjoy your hair and beard styling and the rest of the day. Love as ever to you all

I am feeling a bit better today. Tried a short walk but was in a lot of pain. But at least able to sit up on the sofa for a change. Just watching tennis on IPlayer. Winston has been quite sleepy as the weather is too warm for his triple layered coat. 

Did you manage to buy any book? Hope you had a lovely day out with your friends. Xx

Hi Angie,  coffee and homemade yummies, fab, and with family as well, perfect, and you have no need to worry about your figure my friend.

I have seen a couple of the poems, you've posted and loved them, do you have a particular style or poet you enjoy the most, I can keep an eye out for.

Sorry my friend, I  know as much as you about our dear friend Ellie, and when there is news, I'm sure our champ Chelle, will  let us all know.

I've had a lovely afternoon at the hospice, beard and hair,"what's left," trimmed, lunch and chat's with my fellow  soldiers, and a meeting with nurse consultant and physio.

Just a little fruit picking to do then feet up, and a cosy evening in.

Awww Stella, I  hope your feeling better soon, listen to your body my friend, and remember sometimes slow and steady gets us there the quickest, enjoy the tennis.

I'm currently at the Ulster hospital with Mrs Tvman. She had bloods taken this morning at our GPS surgery and the hospital rang to go to hospital straight away. Last time we were here for the same reason we had to wait 11 hours before she was seen! Going to be a long night

Hi Eddie

You are right. I think my mind and body are not in sync. i think I can do more than my body capable of. 

The review appointment with oncologist went OK. It is all stable and he recommended keep going with holidays in between. I was hoping for a 3 months break but unfortunately it is not happening. However, he said it is OK to go away on my safari . I just need to make sure not over doing it in Africa. 

Are you staying at the hospice or day visiting? Hope it will make you feel better.
