Good morning all everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for June. If you would like to catch up on May's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.
If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment.
Up and out early this morning as Alfie has his first groom! Bless him I’m like a nervous mum sending her child off to school for the first time! Whilst here I noticed this letter box topper that someone had kindly made, very clever.
That's beautiful! What a lovely way to brighten up the street. Maybe Annette could have a go at doing one??
Morning everyone
My last day of sunshine and enjoying happy times with my daughter and my best friend- I’ve been in the moment 100% of the time and mostly kept intrusive thoughts away, it’s been fab
My symptoms are worsening unfortunately so will face the music on that next week but in the meantime 24 hrs left to enjoy . I’ve been lucky to be mostly symptom free for 8 months until the last few weeks so it was always going to happen . I’m sure my team will have a plan for me though and I will stay positive
Here’s our breakfast table arrangement from this morning for Stella2020 , a few herbs and lavender - very simple but effective
Hope everyone has some nice things to look forward to
Love to all
Lucy
Hi
Lucy - that is a lovely idea for table plants. Glad you are living the moment and enjoying your holiday.
Helen - thank you and have a wonderful time in France.
Patrick - where about in Thailand are you going to? I love Thailand too, really lovely people and great cuisine. Did you watch white lotus III ? It is set in Thailand .
I was at Queen’s tennis club yesterday and really enjoyed watching lady’s matches. My mum also went for the first time. I think you can appreciate the athleticism more by being there.
We then went for Chinese hotpot for dinner, very yummy
It is quite humid and warn here. How is the weather where you are x
