  • Hi I’m sorry to tag onto this conversation on a completely different topic but I am not very good at navigating technology. I think that I read in the last few days someone posted that they had found something that helped them to get more sleep  and to relax . I am fortunate that pain is not an issue during the night but I am waking incredibly early and then finding it impossible to get back to sleep as anxiety digs in . I think it was something tried at the hospice . I have looked through previous posts but nothing is jumping out . I hope that everyone is having a reasonable day it’s fine but cold and overcast  in wales rugby will be on in our house today ( mind you after wales v France last evening it has to be better . ) I’m going to be looking for a film . X Chris

  • Hi Hilo13, I did relaxation therapy at Maggies, it can be done online as well, and took me from 18 months on 2 hours a night to over 5 hours after just a few sessions

  • Hello Chris, I got Melatonin prescribed from my GP . It’s not a chemical sleeping tablet just helps to get over the  bit between wake and sleep. It just increases your own Melatonin level. Sometimes is works some days it doesn’t. Worth a try

    love  Angie and Lilly xx

  • Thankyou it was your post I read will look into that I’ll explore whether there is relaxation therapy available locally . X Chris

  • Thankyou I have melatonin what dosage do you take x Chris
