good evening Lee. I have been on Oral Chemo tablets and hormone injections for nearly 3 years. My hair is not falling out, it’ just started to get a bit thinner after about 2 years of treatment. My hairdresser suggested to try and limit washing it to about 2 times a week if possible. I found that not washing it every day or two did make a slight difference. Caffeine based shampoos are supposed to be good too. Hope you will find something that will work for you soon.

Hi Stella, Its always best to talk to the professionals, I drink a cup of molasses every other day, which soothes my tummy and bowel, but definitely give your CNS a call, I've had a busy week, so will be resting this weekend, with the exception of Sunday dinner with the family, and walking Poppy, I hope your feeling better tomorrow, and have something nice planned, hopefully not a curry.
Eddie xx
Good morning
Eddie I am afraid I have ordered Caribbean chocolate goat curry for the weekend! I am just being rebellious
I am feeling not bad at all this morning. Sun is shining and snowbells are out in force. So will go for a good walk.
Hope everyone have a peaceful weekend. X
Morning Stella, good for you, I love Caribbean chocolate curry goat, it's fab and can be made a little milder, with less hot chilli's than scotch bonnets which are the popular choice, and as it has molasses in, and hopefully your having it with rice and peas, your tummy won't be too unhappy with you. Have a lovely walk, I'll be off to the allotment for a chat with my friends, then making something with pork, not sure what yet.
Eddie xx
