It is an early morning for me as I have to be at the hospital at 8am for port fitting. To think I used to get up every working day at 6:30 am . I was seen and treated straight away. A consultant is supervising a specialist nurse to do the treatment. Eric the nurse has done well and hopefully will able to operate independently soon. Overall a good experience. I am back home with a cup of tea. I have ordered fig chutney to go with cheddar cheese so looking for to that. It was recommended by one of these TV chef shows. Apparently truffle honey to go with Brie cheese. Not sure where to source that.
What about everyone ‘s favourite cheese and what compliments to go with them?
Have a lovely day x
