Hi Eddie
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful replies. I am glad Mandy now have a great team treating her and hopefully getting to NED. I have not much plan for today. It is very sunny here so will go for a walk around and just feel the sun on my skin.
I have ordered some food advent calendar and looking forward to open them soon.
Attended Maggie's today, then shopping at the company shop, excitement over, back home, spouse making tea, happyness
What did you do at Maggies? I went for the first time last Friday. It was very nice. I had a chat with another patient and she was so lovely.
what are you having for tea? My hubby is going to make pork souvlaki yum.
Hi Stella, there was a good turnout over 20 guy's 4 new, by the time we listed to them the hour had passed, lucky for me I sat next to a sexual treatment nurse, we spoke about the similarities between prostate and breast cancer, they are basically brother and sister cancer's,
That is very good turn out. I suppose both prostate and breast cancer has hormonal driver in it. They both have many modalities of treatment too.
Hi Ulls, your welcome, sorry for the delay, appointments all day, great news my friend, the chemotherapy has worked so well, though judging by your absence you've had a tough time, but its great to see you posting again, and my best wishes with your last cycle and consultation on Monday.
Hi Stella, sorry for the late reply, hospitals all day, and thank you for your good wishes. A walk sounds lovely to me, as does feeling the sun while it still has a little warmth to it, food advent calendars are fab, I've never seen them in the shops, so we got ours online, cheese and chocolate, I'm not sure ours will make it to Christmas, do you think yours will last long, you can always order more.
Eddie xx
