I appreciate not everyone uses a mobile device but I mentioned the above because this is a temporary workaround that we are aware of. Hopefully, it can help those who use a mobile device.

If you can tell us what internet browser you are using on your laptop, we can try and replicate the issue to see if there is anything we can suggest whilst we wait for the developers to fix the issues we have reported.

Hi Ellie, just got back in, the machine broke down with me in it, 3/4 of the way thru, once the got it reset, they had to start from the beginning again, so instead of 1/2 hour it took 1.1/4 hours, still that's one done with, how are you doing 

Hi yes i am ok.  Was chatting to my next door  neighbours for an hour, on phone to sister for an hour, went out to sweep my front, and guess what  neighbour opposite came over and spoke to me for another hour, but was freezing as no sun out lol.

Glad scan is now done with, and just another tomorrow.

Then the worst bit waiting to find out the results.

Yes, every one says that. asl long as there may be another plan, that is always good. x

 Ulls how awful that the scan was stopped and had to be restarted. Very frustrating for you. I hope the wait isn’t too long for the results, like you say, that’s often the worst part.
