I know what you mean, I got a phonecall from rheumatoid arthritis today asking my to get my bloods done again tomorrow afternoon as they have realized that some of the meds they gave me last week, will have a serious effect on my electrolytes, so 2 appointment's tomorrow, why thay didn't know straight away puzzle's me.
Its is a joke, i am waiting for a ct chest abdomen and pelvis, phoned my nurse two weeks ago, if not heard anything, phone back, well phoned yesterday, will sort it and you will get a phone call yesterday, did i no, any today no. We cannot even book a blood test first one i can get is end of November, might as well work for the NHS administration are rubbish,
