Morning, been melting here for a few days, only 28 yesterday, right bed stripped, mattress turned, now shower, if that's all i do today, well, was my exerciser for the day xxx

Morning! Glad you had a good sleep Ellie. This time I woke up every hour! Steroids must have kicked in. But still rearing to go and join my body conditioning on-line class. Have just walked Ollie..it’s as hot as if it’s mid day!!!

Yes it good to have a bit of sun, what you doing, down to the marrina for coffy and cake.

Well we normaly have a loverly covering of cloud, up early this morning bone tablet taken then eventually breakfast and rest of tablet's, took car to body shop, and walked backed like a soldier a wounded soldier.

Ok Mrs fit I got the message, dont have a dog to take me WALKIES
