Hi Everyone, I am so sad to tell you that Jim (Jim788) lost his fight with this horrible beast that is cancer.

I am relieved to report that Jim got his wish to die at home on Wednesday 27th July.
A member of his family contacted me the other day but I have been waiting for their permission to post here and tell his virtual second family (as Jim called it) of his passing.

RIP JIM.

PS The "CHAT" Heading doesn't feel appropriate but I wasn't sure where else to put this post.

So sorry to hear this. Thank you for letting know. It’s always very sad when one of us can’t fight anymore and brings it home to us we are all in the same boat.

Thank you for sharing this anndanv, it is never easy being the one having to announce such sad news.

RIP Jim, all of his post were always full of how much he appreciated this group, which he called his 2nd family.
