( she has now left ) so is the new ds1500 all they need to renew my claim I have searched Google for the answer but have got nowhere.Anyone know the answer please.

  • Hi Bubblss yes that is correct, your doctor needs to complete the DS1500 form to renew your PIP.

  • Thank you chellismo so from what I understand your saying is to renew my claim the doctor just needs to send another ds1500 and I don't need to fill a form in to renew my claim?

    Always remain positive.
  • I believe that is the case. Has anyone else here been through this process who can help Bubblss.

  • Bubblss we do have a Welfare Rights Advisers who can answer this for you.  If you could give them a call on freephone 0808 808 0000 they will be able to help you.

I wouldn't want to be given you incorrect information and money being missed, so please just give them a call to get it verified.
