( she has now left ) so is the new ds1500 all they need to renew my claim I have searched Google for the answer but have got nowhere.Anyone know the answer please.
Hi Bubblss yes that is correct, your doctor needs to complete the DS1500 form to renew your PIP.
Thank you chellismo so from what I understand your saying is to renew my claim the doctor just needs to send another ds1500 and I don't need to fill a form in to renew my claim?
I believe that is the case. Has anyone else here been through this process who can help Bubblss.
Bubblss we do have a Welfare Rights Advisers who can answer this for you. If you could give them a call on freephone 0808 808 0000 they will be able to help you.
I wouldn't want to be given you incorrect information and money being missed, so please just give them a call to get it verified.
Thanks Jim I am just trying to understand if a new ds1500 is all they need to renew my claim?
