I love it when the first signs of Spring are appearing. This, apart from tête a tête daffodils, the lovely star daffodil below is my first one in the garden this year, and before St. David's Day! And a beautiful, almost cloudless, sunny day yesterday.
Take care and stay safe everyone

Hi fellow gardeners and non gardeners alike,
I was cooking honey and thyme roast parsnips yesterday so I pulled up some parsnips from my veg plot. Not bad should I say so myself.
Take care and stay safe everyone

PS Before posting these photos Norbs, I sent a memo to the parsnips asking them to tell me if they didn't want their image published. I waited for 4 hours before assuming that they had no objections.
I am very impressed with your produce. The parsnips are also impressive. We are getting plenty of runner beans eventually and have had potatoes and cucumbers and courgettes which we are enjoying eating.
no red tomatoes as yet but plenty of green ones x
