Hi all, I've just been invited to have the vaccination on Sunday, I'm waiting for a call back from my CNS to ensure that it is safe to have, I must admit I'm pretty nervous about it but let's wait and see???
Had bloods this morning the nurse was brilliant straight in 2 vials of blood no bruising . full bloods, liver function, bones which is a new one to me so if anyone knows please share, and then the usual CA19, I have a phone consultation next Friday with my oncologist for the results so everything is crossed till then.
On another note the badgers have been coming up not as many just the odd 1-2 but the little darlings have been digging up my new bulbs, so yesterday had to replant and then again this morning don't you just love them.
Glad people liked the photo, we're trying to take as many as possible it's amazing how different we see the world since I was diagnosed, so there will be more photos to follow, I'm starting my own online art gallery, POA.
Stay safe stay positive
xx
and of course we have only been half vaccinated. Even when we have had two doses, we are not immune, just less likely to be severley ill, so still no partying!
Shame there is not a vaccine agains stupidity https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/jan/27/hospital-incursions-by-covid-deniers-putting-lives-at-risk-say-leaders
SiT would need about a litre of vaccine and an elephant needle to gradually dissolve his stupidity, but, worth the effort we probably all agree?
I was offered it but because I have a reaction to penicillin I couldn’t have it.I think they said on the news it would be one of the others.
Nothing straight forward for me.Like to have got it done.On Antibiotics at the moment bit of a chest so perhaps just as well.
Each day a blessing stay strong
Hello Peggy24, I know you have always been kind to me but I have to say you do seem to find the difficult route with all your dealing with your medical chums.
Make sure you remind your doc you want the other one ASAP. Get that chest sorted or I will be round to rub Vick in it. Xx x
