I know that started this brilliant idea so I wanted to carry it on for her and as the forum has become a little gloomy recently as we face loosing them both soon.
So
1. daloni and dizzie outlasted their prognosis by years and I am sure proved that you can have quality of life despite doctors best guesses and we all benefited from knowing them on here.
2. I just got back from a fabulous holiday in Galicia, northern Spain. I walked more than I have for months (chemo pushed me into a wheelchair) the food and wine was fab and I met old friends and laughed a lot.
3. Macmillan have admitted that their upgrade has been a bit sh*t and are working on improving it. Hurrah for Macmillan who have admitted it didn't go well. How many organisations actually come out and say that.
I don't like to think that newbies think that we are a miserable lot, what struck me on here when I came was how much joy, laughter and living went on despite cancer.

I had to change the time in the car with the radio but it was easy to do. 3 good things
1 took Sula for walk on my own and just concentrated on her. It was so windy on the way I put her on my knee and she walked back. She was as good as gold & we managed the poo bit easily too.
2 Our eldest helped to lay the new carpet in the therapy room while we were out & it looks fabulous, photos to follow.
3 I heard from a dear friend I’d lost touch with& arranged to meet up. We worked together & were close, he’s definitely a kindred spirit. xx
You can look it up in the manual. Ours was in the general settings and go to date and time
satisfying when you do it xx

3 Roast lamb dinner, a glass of wine and a film tonight, bliss xx
It looks like all the restrictions have been lifted in your house. Misery removed, happiness left. Enjoy your 'date night' xxxxx.

Bright sunshine this morning despite a sprinkle of snow later.

1.just met a good friend for lunch on a bench, very cold & dull day but dry & not too bad once we got out of the wind
2. Food was lovely, worst cup of tea ever, but got a good Yorkshire tea from the baker. Simple pleasures
3 phone medical oncology appt. Have scan, bloods & injection at the end of April but otherwise....discharged fronOncology!!!
Feels amazing time for fun, fun, fun
You could ask for more than that but that would be being greedy!
We want to hear about your fun as soon as it transpires, all of it, its about time!
I've just had a walk in the freezing wind. So well tucked up that I came back sweating. Scarf, cap and jumper on the radiator, finest Waitrose breakfast tea warming me through.
