I know that started this brilliant idea so I wanted to carry it on for her and as the forum has become a little gloomy recently as we face loosing them both soon.
So
1. daloni and dizzie outlasted their prognosis by years and I am sure proved that you can have quality of life despite doctors best guesses and we all benefited from knowing them on here.
2. I just got back from a fabulous holiday in Galicia, northern Spain. I walked more than I have for months (chemo pushed me into a wheelchair) the food and wine was fab and I met old friends and laughed a lot.
3. Macmillan have admitted that their upgrade has been a bit sh*t and are working on improving it. Hurrah for Macmillan who have admitted it didn't go well. How many organisations actually come out and say that.
I don't like to think that newbies think that we are a miserable lot, what struck me on here when I came was how much joy, laughter and living went on despite cancer.

Of course you see the actuality of the matter. I would expect nothing less from an esteemed member. Thank you. Xxx
What time do you want me there! I have learned table manners so can be trusted to be on my best behaviour.
We were all taught to say 'no thanks' to everything, especially the biggest bit of cake. My Mum can only shout from up in the sky now so its 'yes please' to everything.
Have a great time on Sunday, if I'm not there, start without me!
Don't tell SiT your address., I've seen his picture, he will turn the meat, not in a good way.
Love your 3 good things Salis
1 Slept through the night for the first time since this all started, the nerve pain’s been waking me up around 3am & the steroids have been keeping me up. Feels amazing to wake up refreshed!
2 Couldn’t stand the grey, fuzzy chemo hair so shaved it off. My OH says not to give up the day job but feel so much more like myself.
3 Meeting my sister & niece today for a jaunt xx
Lovely to get a nights sleep. I sleep but never feel refreshed in the morning. I never go through the night without waking.
enjoy your jaunt. We are going for a walk with my daughter today and her dogs with our dog it will be fun foreveryone. I hope the weather improves after this cold spell xx
Ruth
How lovely to wake up refreshed, enjoy your jaunt Tinalay, and have a great walk Ruth, I'll be going back to the woods to see how the bluebells are developing.
Sarah
I had a lovely walk with my daughter and the dogs all had a good run together.
Flowers and blossom looked lovely.
I enjoyed getting out being driven in the car seeing different things I managed to work out how to put the clock in the car forward an hour

That solution is so obvious. I'm looking at Autotrader now!
