Had some bad news after my annual scan they have said cancer has returned any positivity I can take from this or is it all bad on the second time it returns feeling tired lost with no hope

Hi again Paul Brainymanbar, sorry to hear that you have relapsed and you are on the rollercoaster again. I had multiple relapses over my first 14 years of my 22 years journey. As each cancer type and treatment protocols are so different second time around can be so different for everyone.
For me, my last treatment (Oct 2015) was significantly more challenging than a lot of my other treatments but at other times leading up to this final relapse the new treatments were much the same..,,,
My amazing Specialist Cancer Nurse who walked with me through many years of treatments, relapsed and new treatments always said that there was always hope until there was none and so far I have stayed in front of the ever present incurable cancer I have.
Lets see what your team recommends as the next plan is and take it from there.
