I absolutely hate the word "bag" being used to describe someone with a stoma. "She/he has a bag on" . They are pouches, not bags. The box they arrive in says 'pouches'. Maybe just me. Lol
Artsie I still remember when they changed the age .I was going to do everything then we missed it by 1year .My neighbour who is 78 and still working on the checkout in M&S .All she says in her back sore and all the rest.I don't even listen now .
Take care .Alaine
I retired from school at sixty. I just couldn’t work with the teacher anymore we had serious personality clash and as she was my superior she used her power to make me feel unwelcome. Wasn’t healthy for children or me. So I’ve been off work a long while with very small schools pension. My hubby worked up til his diagnosis so financially we were fine. Now we are both OAPS and love it. We don’t need much. Got each other. Take care
Ann
