Hello all,
I am constantly scared and worried.
Just over a month ago I was diagnosed with radiation enteritis. I am too scared to eat anything other than soup or yogurt.
I think I have constipation as my colostomy is very slow and there isn’t much in my stoma bag.
I am too scared to contact either a stoma nurse or A&E, as I am traumatised after my last admission, due to having a NG tube shoved up my nose and down my throat.
Love and good vibes,
Yes I had a tube stuck up my nose and down my throat when I was in hospital. No warning and it was a shock. I shouted at the nurse to take it out which he did then doctors turned up to say I had to have it or things would get worse. None of this is any fun but is there any point in delaying care if you need it?
