I wonder if you could take some feedback on accessibility? It's more inclusive to have:

Your text in the first two sentences with one change, 'I just wanted to share a blog here'.

Next paragraph (with a clear margin/paragraph return): Explain what the blog is (like you have).

Then show the link name to the blog after your text as a full link (again with a clear margin above), like:

Blog: Are you LGBTQIA+ and living with cancer?

This helps people with low/no vision, neurodivergence, dementia and those who use screen readers. It's not yet in the WCAG guidelines, but it is being worked on in WCAG3, woohoo!

Are you able to help influence this change in your organisation?

How annoying. I've just posted this and found that it removes extra line breaks (making it harder to read), so I've had to edit it to add spaces
