so sad and sorry to hear of the passing of your dear man - can only echo the other girls and send deep sympathy and love your way - You've been amazingly steady these last few days and it's a remarkable thing that you've cared for B and loved him so well during this bitter illness - you've never wavered on here but held your self together with great strength - there was such dignity in this for him too because of the way you always spoke of him - something to aspire to

You're a lovely woman and he sounded like a lovely and brave man .

Carrie, although I'm new to this thread and therefore haven't had time to get to know you yet, I just wanted to send my condolences on the passing of your dear husband. I hope you can take comfort in knowing that he is at peace now and that you were with him and I hope that in the weeks ahead you will find solace and be able to look back on the happy times you shared.
