Has anyone found any mindfulness/meditation resources useful. I'm particularly looking for one's that have a specific reference to cancer/living with it/beating it etc etc. Trying to stop going down a rabbit hole. (FYI I am recently diagnosed with rectal cancer)
Many thanks in advance for your replies
Hi DJaneC do check for a local Maggie's Centre in your area as these folks run mindfulness/meditation classes.
Hi DJaneC
I personally found an app called Headspace on my phone very helpful. I’m not lucky enough to have a Maggie’s centre I can get to.
Sarah xx
