Hello,

13 years ago I went through bowel cancer with chemo radio therapy, major surgery, stoma and it's removal. Recently had to report back to the doctors with restricted breathing etc. Many scans and a broncosopy found and got a good biopsy of a tumor in my lung. CT scans showed lymph node and adrenal involvement. They found genetic markers on the biopsy that indicated the bowel cancer was the primary. So now it appears I have bowel cancer in my lung. Waiting for a consultation to find out a treatment plan

Any hoo, sorry for the ramble but that's my story this far. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar diagnosis and wants to talk about it or let me know what to expect next. I have an idea that will probably involve oxalyplatin again. Fun stuff. All the best to every one. I can comment with some confidence to folks going through the bowel thing

Cheers.
