dear bob and family.
i joined this site a few months ago now and your diary was the first thing i saw.(maybe it was fate as my dad has the same cancer)i have read silently your updates and the wonderful supporting messages you have and hope you dont mind me adding a message too. my dad is following the same path as you and it has given me a great insight into what we can expect with regard to treatments etc. i have passed on lots of info to dad and it has truly helped us all
sending you and your family lots of hugs

Bob spending quite a lot of time in bed now, sleeping, pain is mostly controlled and he is comfortable.
Mobility has declined, and also his memory. We now have a nurse visiting daily and carers twice a day to help with transferring.
Bob thanks everyone for their support, and i will continue to write his diary for him.
To us he is an amazing husband, father, friend, he is incredibly brave and i very feel privileged to be sharing this journey with him
