DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THAT LAWNMOWER YET! A little better is good but as others have said a lot better is even better so keep resting, take small steps and don't rush it!
Hope Linda and Kate enjoy the ballet, must admit it wouldn't quite be my cup of tea either

I agree with Jackie Bob, step away from the lawnmower! However I don't feel that you will listen to any of us! Must be like having lots of nagging wives..ooohhheerrr! My eldest saw Swan Lake a couple of years ago at The Royal Albert Hall with her Nana, beautiful, Kate will love it. Hope her and Linda have a fabulous day.
As always you guys have my undying respect and admiration.

love and hugs to you all

Well Linda and the girls had a great time at Swan Lake. Linda, bless her, drove the girls all the way in to London and parked up near the venue. It was one of these car parks where you have to leave the keys with the attendent. Linda was a bit dubious about doing this but thought " what the heck". She then asked how do I get out, thinking about paying and getting the key back and the guy looked at her in amazement and in very broken English said "the same way as you came in"
We have been working hard at home but me in a supervisory position. I have had Justin cutting the grass and matt walking the dog before both of them painted our ensuite shower room. I did help repair a couple of loose curtain rails and clean a small area of floor with a carpet cleaner. I also pulled apart my borrowed electric buggy and sorted out the problems with the battery so I cannot wait to try it out. The district nurse has also been in and done my driver and Clexane jab. I managed a fair breakfast, lunch and a good tea as well. All in all I feel as if im improving and getting a bit stronger each day, long may it continue

So say all of us Bob, long may it continue indeed.

Keep fighting Bob.
Thinking of you all

Well done Bob, supervising can be extremely tiring! Glad you also did a few little jobs yourself it always pays to do something takes the mind of the other things.
I went to two fetes yesterday, why do they always seem to book the same day? next week we will probably not have any? I am currently uploading some pics to facebook. I walked around them both, a miracle for me using my rollator ( seat on wheels) neither fetes were really wheelchair friendly being on grass and bumpy, but I did it and enjoyed it! Then when we got home after a meal at the chip shop onroute, I went onto my garden swingseat around 5.30pm and awoke around 8.45pm! It had totally worn me out, but a good sort of worn out!
Not sure what today will bring, the suns out so a little drive out maybe with the camera.
Glad you're getting stronger.
