Well back on this bumpy road again didn’t expect this so soon after loosing my dad 8th Jan 2021 .. (6weeks 5 days from diagnosis metastatic bladder cancer .).. well today 25/0521 .. mum had face to face .. She as got cancer of the oesophagus level 4 only treatment is best of care ..same as I got told with dad
I fully nursed my dad at home only had hospice in for last 4 days to aid me .. looks like I’m on this horrible ride again :(
I’m scared I’m not strong enough to do this so soon again :(
Hi Tinks5 I have seen that you have spoken to Lowedal in the oesophageal forum, I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about your mum after recently losing your Dad as well.
I hope your mum is as comfortable as she can be. There is always someone here for you to talk too, and remember the support line is there for you 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm on 0808 808 00 00.

Thank you .. I do try to talk to family / friends .. but feel like all I talk about now is this :( and with me being main carer for numerous yrs .. ( also single .. kids grown up ) feel alone with it .. especially straight after my dad as well xx
