My dad has cancer and has been on this journey for 2 years, during this time I have been at university and I never felt guilty for putting myself first as he always said uni was the number 1 priority. Now I have graduated and currently job hunting which is draining me alongside working at my part time which is technically full time hours at my currently employer where I spend so much time thinking of I find it hard to relax. I have recently joined the gym and continue running however I feel guilty as I never spend much time with my dad however he never wants to leave the house as he has hope my 2 older siblings will pop in and see him, which staying in causes him to be more grumpy. How do I feel less guilty and how do I create the family time with him if he isn’t wanting to leave the house
