Hi I’m not sure if this is the correct group to post this.

my dad has been diagnosed with terminal cancer it’s in the pancreas and other areas.

he is 65 and still works was in good health.

so it’s all come as a massive shock.

he had been given a few months.

i don’t know how or what to tell my children.

we live a few doors away from them.

the kids see them every day.

i have a 16 year old he has 2 weeks left of his GCSE’s.

a 11 year old girl and a 6year old boy and a 3 year old little girl.who her grandad is her best friend.

He does the school run when im at work we holiday together.

we are a very close family.

i just don't know what to do or say.

i want to wait until after his gcse.

my dad if was up to him would not  tell them.

But im going to have to.

just want some advice if anyone has any to give.

thank you
