Hi
I was wondering if anyone on here has supported a family member undergoing beam therapy for non-Hodgkin lymphoma T-cell. My mum is soon to be undergoing this and I feel really worried.
Appreciate any recommendations.
Hi elephant123 I don’t normally post in this group but your heading caught my eye.
I am Mike and I help out around our various Lymphoma groups.
I have been on my journey with 2 types of rare T-Cell Non Hodgkin’s Lymphomas for over 25 years….. so I know the rollercoaster well.
I assume that as you mentioned BEAM your mum is preparing for a Stem Cell Transplant……. I have had 2 Allograft (Donor) Stem Cell Transplants (June 2014 then Oct 2015)…….. and au am still here living a great life.
I dud not have BEAM……. but had most of the drugs in this regimen…
We have a few dedicated groups where you may be able to connect with others like myself who have first hand expectancy.
