Partner has stage 4 finding it hard, new diagnosis.

Welcome to our community, I hope you find it a positive experience.

My wife has stage 4 Leiomyosarcoma but she responded to a couple of different chemotherapies and we have managed to render her cancer stable (rather to the delight and surprise of the oncologist) and so far has maintained that for 6 years - though some of the adventures on the way have been interesting.

One of the great features on here is the breadth of groups for different types of cancer where we can share the differing experiences and tips that might help on differing treatment regimes .

Hi Steve, thank you so much for your reply. It is so inspiring to hear that your wife has done so well, that is so wonderful. Any tips on what kept you focused we are trying to think positive but some days are harder than others, many thanks Carla
