My mum has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour and is due to start radiotherapy on the 20th August for 6 weeks, 5 times a week. Is there anything she’s going to need before starting/anything that would be nice/helpful that I wouldn’t typically think of?

I'm sorry to hear that your mum has been diagnosed with a brain tumour but it's great that you're looking for ways to help her through her radiotherapy.
I hope you don't mind me suggesting that you join and also post this question in the group (link) as the people there will be able to tell you what they found helpful.
