my husband is currently in hospital under pallative care but also receiving treatment so im hoping there is some sort of hope but while visiting today was handed a leafet from st lukes about support for children with dying parent .i didnt think id have to explain he was dying i just thought if hes having treatment then theres hope but how do you prepare a 4 year old for death of his father

I'm very sorry to read that your husband is currently in hospital. It must be an incredibly tough time for the whole family.
