Hi I wonder if anyone can help me plz my dad has been diagnosed with cancer hes also got secondary cancer as well me and my mum are just unsure about what's happening with him at the minute as hes really not well and we dont know who to turn to
Hi my dad has advanced kidney cancer and we have had amazing support from his oncology team who have also enabled support from our local hospice who have provided so much practical help in terms of things at home such as raised toilet seats chairs etc so I would advise asking your oncologist to do the same as they have been amazing. We are in the Kent area but I would hope it would be the same everywhere. In terms of general help do you have a McMillan nurse or dedicated oncologist as they should be available to you for help?
