My mum has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer & has had her 1st dose of chemo, for the 1st 2 days after chemo she was ok, but now has had an uncomfortable pain around the stomach, rib and back area. Been giving buscopan and paracetamol regularly but this wears off quickly is there anything else that can help, she cant take ibuprofen either.
Hi, sorry to hear about your mum, I know some of my wife's chemo was not the easiest.
Does your mum have a contact number for her cancer nurse specialist? It might be worth giving them a ring because whatever might be recommended would likely need checked against the chemotherapy she is on because of the risk that their might be an interaction between the drugs.
Wish I could be more help but hopefully the nurse can help.

Steve
