Hey everyone I’m Janie 
I’m new and hope to get to be active in here and make friends with others ..... Gosh I know I need help.
I can’t write much now but will do x there are so many posts on here and I already feel better knowing we can share on here.
please bare with me..... it’s very recent that my partner was given the news that his cancer is now not cureable. I can’t even voice how I feel right now x

Hi Janie and welcome to the community.
Janice's cancer was not curable from diagnosis but has now been stable for over 6 years and that is definitely our new gold standard. It took a while but we managed to get to the living with cancer state and get on with life. Janice is probably in the best health she has had for some time so things look ok.
It might help you to look though our pages on Looking after someone with cancer and remember the really important bit is perhaps looking after yourself.

oh wow your reply meant a lot........ once I figured out where I could reply. I’m not very good at working out how to use this yet. Lol
It’s hard to actually read so many of the posts on here..... I start then dissolve into a mess and can’t help feeling so utterly sad .
mind you right now I am almost bursting at the fact I figured out how to reply!!!
