Hi, my grandfather has been diagnosed with bowel cancer, he also has dementia and Alzheimer’s. This is very hard for us as a family to deal with. I would like to do some activities with my gramps for things to keep when he does pass away. I want to do things for my mum & my aunty. If anyone has any ideas then please let me know. Thank you x
