My mum has just been diagnosed from a biopsy with lung cancer. They say it’s contained to a lower lobe and removing this should be all the treatment she needs. My mum is not taking much in and my dad seems to not be coping so I will be taking more to do with her care. Can anyone help me with what questions I should be asking now and following the surgery? I know from the short browse I’ve had this news is good in terms of any diagnosis however this is new and I’m all over the place and any support would be so greatly appreciated from what to do from here.
Thank you all
Hi Gemma815, welcome to the community tho I reckon you'd rather not be here. May I suggest u repost in the Lung cancer group, then folk in a similar position to your mum can see it n reply to you. Most of the groups are very supportive and will help as best they can.
Btw, when you ask questions, make sure you write down the answers down to refer to later.
