Hi my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer he has had his middle lobe removed from his right lung. He has recovered very well from op. He still has to have chemo which starts next month after we return from our holiday. Just not sure what to expect from the chemo for him.
Its amazing how we learn to cope with what life is throwing at us at the moment. My husband is so positive which really helps. Which keeps us smiling.
Then today I found out my mum is diagnosed with breast cancer.
What a cruel word cancer is
But has a family we will support each other through good times and bad.
Hi
I'm really sorry to hear that both your husband and your mum have been diagnosed with cancer. This must be very hard for you all but I'm glad to see that you have a strong family unit.
I think it might be an idea to post your question about what to expect from the chemotherapy that your husband is about to have in the lung cancer group as I'm sure there'll be people there who have had it and can share their experiences with you.
Wishing you and your family all the best
