Don't you love this time of year ? I am sat here in my spinal back brace , my arthritis in my knees are hurting and the secondary bone tumour in my right shoulder nagging like a bad toothache and just seen yet another holiday advert on tv with a funeral advert to follow it.
On the plus side , getting lighter and warmer each day.last MRI results state positive improvement in the back so wearing the back brace has done some good.
To all have a good weekend , I'm taking some painkillers and going to read a book.

You're right that it's lovely as the days get lighter and warmer. However for me it's a two edged sword as, having been diagnosed with melanoma a number of years ago, I can't enjoy getting out in the sun like most people can.
Like you though, I try to look for the positives in any situation and I hope you enjoyed your book pain free.
