  • Hi Tray1972 welcome to the forum. I can totally relate to how you are feeling because I actually did crash and burn after treatment and the best thing I did was to go to a Macmillan center and talk to the people there and I had a good cry, a cup of tea and continued contact until I started to feel  better. Do you have anything like that in your hospital or a Maggies centre where you can talk to someone when you go for treatment? If not please do think of speaking to your GP asap and they may be able to offer some Counselling support for you. Or if you felt  able to you can give the MacMillan Line a call on 08088080000 and have a chat with the lovely folks there about how you are feeling.

You really do need to talk to someone before you be like me and crash and burn (not good) as it takes longer then to get back on your feet so  please give some serious thought to making contact with someone form my suggestions asap. xxx

Sending some huge big hugs your way for now. xxxxx
