Hi everyone I had a mastectomy in Oct 2018 followed by radiotherapy this is now complete as I have mobility problems can't get out very often, am sometimes lonely & have lost confidence, am looking for other people with the same feelings

I'm not surprised to hear that you have lost confidence and that you sometimes feel lonely. Having had cancer and all the associated treatments you can sometimes feel lost when all this comes to an end.
Could I suggest a couple of groups for you to join where you can chat to others who have had similar experiences to yourself. The first is the breast cancer group and the second is the life after cancer group. Both of these groups offer support with the former being the busier and more active one.

I'm also tagging my fellow Community Champion into my reply to you as she has mobility issues and has been helping her mum deal with breast cancer so could possibly help you further.
