Not sure if there's anyone in the same situation but I've been battling with Long COVID for a while now and I'm currently trying to care for my father (who has been diagnosed with cancer) and also ensuring my mother (who has a lot of MH issues) is also ok.
If there is anyone in a similar situation who is caring for a loved one and has Long COVID or ME/CFS, do you have any tips? Even simple things like driving to my parents house is causing flares for me atm but as an only child, I feel I have to make sure I'm helping both as much as I can even if it's causing these flares.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
