Hi all
Hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected.
My hubby was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer last October and given a prognosis of 2yrs. After Radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment, as my husband loves Australia so much, we have been told by his consultant that he is happy for hubby to fly to Australia to see our son and grandson and has a 3 month window to do this.
My question is please, as we will need to travel with a small suitcase of medication to cover his stay in Oz, is it ok to take just the amount he will need (plus a little extra to be on the safe side) on the plane with us and put the rest into the hold? We have all the paperwork needed to get us through customs.
Hoping that someone may have experience of the above and be able to advise
Hi Vegas
Many thanks for your reply and good advice.
Unfortunately as my husband has had a terrible night and in alot of pain, he is at present unfit to fly, we have therefore had to put his dream of travelling to Oz on hold.
I only pray that the team at Christies can work their magic again and we'll be able to go soon.
Thanks and take care.
